Korean auto major Hyundai is looking to strengthen its presence in the country’s fast-growing sports utility vehicle segment with the launch of the all-new Tucson later this year.

Hyundai will introduce its Tucson in India, with the fourth generation model arriving in the second half of the calendar year.

Hyundai has sold over 7 million units of the Tucson globally since its launch in 2004.

The all-new Tucson will change the perception of a premium SUV, the company said. Hyundai said the vehicle has been designed to meet the aspirations of new age luxury seekers and those who actively adopt the integration of the most advanced global technologies, stunning modern design and engaging performance in their lifestyle .
